Because Building is Hungry Work

Do you get hungry on your trip to the hardware store? What if you happen to get peckish in one of Vancouver's less glamourous industrial neighborhoods? Fear not, as the foodie culture of Vancouver has even permeated even this otherwise unpalatable area.

This small, unassuming diner dates back to the 1960s, and still retains much of its old-fashioned charm and antique furnishings. The food is simple and delicious, always cooked from scratch, with high-quality ingredients. There is nothing frozen, re-heated, or pre-cut on this menu. For cuts and heating of a different kind, there's Northern Building Supply Ltd., just downstairs.
