The word "ramen" inevitably conjures up an image that consists of instant noodles from a plastic package. This is certainly not the case at Marutama Ra-men, which was one of the first restaurants to open its doors to offer this dish outside of Japan.
Ramen here is created with the most authentic Japanese ingredients and recipes, including a few creative additions. Soups are carefully paired with the proper noodles to ensure a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
Other than delicious noodle soup, Chicken and Salt Cloudy Soup and Aosa Seaweed are also trademark dishes. Aosa Seaweed is used as an ingredient or condiment for virtually all the dishes served at Marutama.
