Linh Café was founded by Tai Nguyen, originally from North Vietnam, and trained in French cooking in Vancouver. After working with several notable chefs, Tai opened his own restaurant. His goal is to combine casual family dining with country style French and Vietnamese cuisine.
Despite the relaxed atmosphere, the menu is anything but simple. Choose from classics like pan-seared foie gras and lamb chops, or be more adventurous and get a full lobster or steak tartare. There are also private dining options available that include fixed-price menus, and specialty plates like suckling pig.
