Le Crocodile is named for and inspired by a three-star French restaurant in Strasbourg, France. This was the hometown of founder Michel Jacob, and his goal was to create a venue that integrated three of his passions. The elegance of European hospitality, the refinement of gourmet French food, and the creativity of the Canadian West Coast.
The atmosphere is elegant and refined, but also comfortable and relaxing. The space combines the light and bustle of downtown with the tranquil neighborhood of the West End.
