A name you certainly can't argue with. "East" does encompass a lot of possible territory, but in this case it's referring specifically to the cuisines of both India and a variety of Middle Eastern countries. The name actually seems to be inspired by a Kipling poem, though siblings Mustafa and Razaviah originally hail from Afghanistan and have also spent significant time living in India.
