This is actually more of a dim sum restaurant than the standard "seafood tower" experience, and it's a higher-end one to boot. Dynasty opened in 2009 but has already racked up a pretty impressive array of awards from sources such as Vancouver Magazine, OpenRoad and The British Columbia Chef's Association.
Some unique menu highlights include the sauteed crab meat with egg white, deep fried bean curd stuffed with vegetables, Chiu Chow style candied taro and braised duck with mixed mushrooms. For Hong Kong style food and atmosphere, Dynasty is pretty hard to beat in Vancouver.
