The dosa is a type of crepe that originates from South India. It's not your standard crepe, however. For one, it's fermented. The base of it is black lentils in a rice batter, but from there many possibilities open up. Usually, it's served with a chutney variety plate.
If you're new to the whole thing and want to experiment, drop by Dosa Corner between 11 and 3 for the lunch special. This will net you your choice of dosa for just under $10, and you can add salad or raita (a yogurt dish with cucumber and mint) for just an extra dollar each.
