Chef Tony's takes a break from 3 to 5 P.M., but is otherwise open each and every day serving lunch and dinner. This is basically a modern, high-end take on dim sum, presenting common dishes with high quality ingredients and a creative flair. Of course, that means it isn't priced rock-bottom like dim sum places often are, but you at least get good food and a nice atmosphere for your money.
Another area in which this differs from the standard dim sum experience is that you'll definitely want to make a reservation, but even with one you'll still be expected to wait for some amount of time when you arrive.
