Blue Eyed Mary's is named for a flower that only blooms for a very short time each spring. The restaurant runs with that theme by serving a small and frequently changing menu. Fresh regional and seasonal ingredients are a major focus, providing rich flavor to the ever-shifting lineup of soups, salads, seafood and chicken dishes. Everything on the menu is also made in-house and from scratch.
