Barre Fitness provides a range of fitness classes that are as unique as they are fun. Each class is set to music, so it feels a bit like a dance party instead of an exercise class.
Each fitness class works on building up postural strength and alignment using a series of poses, plies, and stretches. As you warm up, the class moves into strengthening the upper body using some light weights, before heading over to the ballet barre to sculpt the lower body and abs. Wind down the class by heading down to the floor mat to work the core before finishing up with some stretches.
