A Philosophy of Fine Dining

Take a retreat from the every-day and indulge yourself at the Rouge Restaurant. Set in the 1890's era house built by A.E. Cross on the bank of the Bow River, the venue is a multi-acre country estate, designated a Calgary municipal and Alberta Province heritage site. Yet, for all of its rural atmosphere, it is only five minutes from downtown Calgary.

The lunch and dinner menus reflect the ideal of locally accessed food, from the onsite garden and partner-raised lamb, duck, rabbit, fish and foraged wild mushrooms. The carefully curated wine list will allow diners to perfectly pair the selections with the meal. Reservations are encouraged.
