208-Ft Historic Lighthouse

Dating to 1879, St. David's Lighthouse historically protected the southern entrance of St. George's Harbor. The lighthouse can shoot its beam of light up to 20 miles across the ocean.

Many visitors love to visit this structure to learn about its history and relevancy to the island's shipping past. Moreover, if you are looking for a spot to watch humpback whales migrating, you should make your way to the top for its amazing views. Admission to the lighthouse is free, so if you're looking for something fun to do in St. George's Parish, be sure to stop by.
