The Constellation is a famous Bermuda wreck of a wood-hulled four-masted ship. The wreck is well-known as it's featured in author Peter Benchley's novel "The Deep", his follow-up to "Jaws."
The Constellation wrecked on a Bermuda reef in 1943. Within her hold were more than 700 cases of scotch whiskey traveling from New York to Venezuela. Although her cargo is long gone, the wreck remains a popular Bermuda dive site. One can typically see barracuda and trumpet fish swimming in the area. In fact, the fish here do not easily scare off as they've gotten used to the divers.
