The Royal Palms Hotel's award-winning restaurant, Ascots serves a European-inspired menu it calls "Progressive Continental Mediterranean." It may takes its cues from across the pond, but the kitchen certainly takes advantage of its Bermudian backyard for sourcing some of its seafood and weaving in some local favorites such as fish cakes to the offerings. For lunch, meanwhile, the serene Ascots garden becomes "Just 24," a more casual eatery.
