Le Wine Bar Sablon des Marolles, which recently moved a few blocks south of its former home in the Sablon neighborhood, is a chic spot for great wines and elegant bites. The food is a medley of a few different styles including fine French bistro fare and Spanish and Basque tapas, with a local Brussels twist. Staff members are always eager to suggest wine pairings or simply surprise you based on your taste. On one of those cherished sunny days, get a seat outside on the garden terrace.
