Today a world-wide phenomenon, Neuhaus specializes in all manner of sweet-based delicacies—stirring sticks for hot chocolates, espresso truffles, and delicate macarons. For the avant-garde chocolate lovers, there are even items like Earl Grey and basil infused pieces, promising a flavor unlike any other. Neuhaus simply does all manner of chocolate well—but you really couldn't expect much else from the place that invented the praline.
