La Roue d’Or offers traditional Belgian cuisine with a cozy ambience of old world charm. Although located in the midst of many touristy restaurants waiting to rip you off, La Roue d’Or is just about the opposite. In fact, they have such a large following of locals that they don't tend to prioritize making room for tourists. Regardless, the food is delicious, the beer and wine lists are extensive, and the ambiance is an antique belle époque décor with Magritte inspired murals painted on the walls, dark wood furniture, and brass embellishments throughout.
