Taking its name from the printworks and leather factory, that once inhabited the now refurbished building, La Manufacture features red brick walls, wide industrial metal staircases, walnut railings, and soft white lighting, as well as an exotic, bamboo-filled internal courtyard, which can be enjoyed when the sun is out. An attentive wait staff and a list of fine wines, add to the décor, further enhancing the dining experience. There are both individual menu items and several “set menus,” which include a starter, an entrée, and a dessert; both include an interesting, yet lovely mix of seafood, Asian dishes and traditional Belgian dishes. The space is wide-open, yet very comforting, making it perfect for a romantic date, or a large cocktail party.
