This bar champions it's fruit flavored wines and cognacs, but the true star of Goupil le Fol is the atmosphere. This incredibly quirky and imaginative bar is part French bohemian, part surrealist; there are books glued to the ceiling, a jukebox with old records, and plush red velvet sofas in tiny, dark corners that are perfect for couples. The beer menu, especially by Belgian standards, is quite limited- so you'll want to try the hazelnut or cherry flavored wines instead.
