Hand-Crafting In the Scotland District

This Barbadian pottery takes abundant terracotta clay from the 'Scotland District' of the island and uses it to hand-craft and mold a wide range of beautiful pottery, much of which is made by the skilled craftsmen on site.

Demonstrations are done at around midday throughout the week, so visitors will be able to get a glimpse at the processes used to make the beautiful items on sale here. Whether or not you are interested in actually making a purchase, the demonstrations are fascinating to anyone with an interest in the potter's art.
