Sportklub Rapid Wien (SK Rapid Wien) is an Austrian football (soccer) club playing in Vienna. It is the most popular club in Austria and also the most successful in terms of league titles.
The club is known for its endurance and strength--"Rapid Spirit." Since 1913, Rapid fans have announced the last fifteen minutes of any game by way of the traditional "Rapidviertelstunde"--rhythmic clapping--no matter the score.
