A dinner at Plachutta is sure to be a memorable one, as long as you're a meat eater, as they specialize in tafelspitz. Tafelspitz, literally meaning 'tip of meat for the table', is beef boiled in broth and served with horseradish and vegetables. It is said to be the national dish of Austria.
