Gmoakeller offers a relaxed and casual atmosphere filled with locals dining in on their favorite meals. The menu comes in both German and English. The English menu, however, is catered to tourists and therefore has a shorter selection. For a more authentic meal, ask for the German version but be sure to bring along your German dictionary. The service is quite friendly at Gmoakeller don't be shy to ask for help with the menu. Try the wiener schnitzel with a side of erdapfelsat (potato salad) and pair it with the national beer like Trumer Pilsner. Or choose another beer or wine from their wide selection. Other traditional dishes include blood sausages and debreziner, a Austrian Hungarian sausage. If you still have room, top of your meal with a local favorite, the apple strudel.
