Indian Spice

If you are overloaded on weinerschnitzel and potatoes, try the Indian restaurant, Demi Tass, for a change of pace. Since 1985, Demi Tass has been carrying out the imaginative use of exotic spices common to the subcontinent of India, serving many of the most traditional dishes. Unleavened breads made fresh on the spot like naan and pratha accompany curries, tandoori and vindaloo with sides of basmati rice. The decor matches the dishes: colorful and traditional. This restaurant is small and family owned, so you can be sure that they will be attentive and happy to give recommendations. Don’t hesitate to try the Austrian and International wines they serve like Budelsmayer and Sonnnhof, or a creative mango cocktail. Fruity house made desserts are also worth considering.
