The Dance of Passion

Tango is the national dance of Argentina, where it originated in the 1880s, and is certainly considered to be one of the most sensuous and romantic of all dance forms. If you want to experience tango as performed by some of its most talented practitioners, Complejo Tango offers a combination of dinner (with a menu of both classic Argentinian and international dishes) and a tango performance. The venue is a well-preserved 1895 building in the historic neighborhood of Valvanera, with oak floors, wrought iron accents and tables organized around the dance floor to give diners a clear view of the artistry of the dancers. The tickets include a complimentary class in the basic steps of the tango.
