"Cathedral of Polo"

It is a game of princes riding like gauchos, and gauchos riding like princes. Nothing can compare to a polo match: Hard-riding horsemen compete on the edge of danger in their every move. If you've never seen a polo match, this is the very place to see one. The best of the best teams compete here, so you're sure to see some great competition. The stadium also hosts a regular series of pato games. Considered the national sport of Argentina, it uses a basketball-sized ball with six handles that the rider tries to throw through a vertical ring at the goal. Here's the trick, though: The rider holding the ball must keep his arm extended to give his opponents a chance to snatch it away from him. No wonder that this is such a popular sport.
